Determine Shipping Rates
Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.
To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:
- Select Proceed to Checkout
- Select or add your shipping address
- Select a shipping speed and select Continue
- Select a payment method and select Continue
Order with Free Shipping
Order $25 or more to qualify for FREE Shipping on eligible items.
To place an order online, do the following:
- Add at least $25 of eligible items to your Shopping Cart. Items with “FREE Shipping” messaging on the product detail page contribute to your free shipping order minimum.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter a U.S.-eligible delivery address.
- Select FREE Shipping as your shipping speed.
Note: Gift cards receive FREE One-Day shipping, but don’t apply to the $25 minimum.
Shipping Times to the Contiguous U.S.
When shipping within the contiguous U.S., your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed.

Note: In many areas Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available. If weekend delivery is available to your destination, it will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout.
We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable).
If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will provide a refund of any shipping fees associated with that order.
Note: The order within countdown reflects delivery capability at the moment the page was opened. The delivery day may become unavailable within that timeframe, prior to completing your order, due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity.
- Delivery time may become longer due to busy season like Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday.
- Due to high demand for our innovative products packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
About Large Item Delivery
Large and over-sized items that are supported by a specialized shipping and delivery handling network.
Large Item Deliveries: Large items ship with one of our specialty carriers. These items may be delivered to the porch, inside entryway, or room of choice, and you may have the option of adding value-added services.
Scheduled Deliveries: Large items eligible for scheduled delivery will display “Scheduled delivery” on the product page and an available delivery date on the detail page. With a scheduled delivery order, you’ll be able to choose a delivery date and time that works best for you during checkout. If a delivery date isn’t displayed, the carrier will contact you to schedule your delivery after your order has shipped.
Signature Required: If an adult signature is required for delivery, the product page will display “signature required”. If an adult isn’t home at the time of delivery, the product will be taken away by the carrier and you’ll need to reschedule your delivery.
Shipping Speeds for Large Items: Large items don’t qualify for FREE Two-Day Shipping due to the special handling needs required to ship and deliver these items.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Please note that customers are responsible for customs clearance and customs duties. Most of the packages are shipped as small packages and marked as gifts. The package value is low so there are no additional import costs imposed on customers.
But different countries have different customs policy so it may cost customs duty.
